PURCHASE/DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

DEPOSIT (Surety of Action Deposit) in the amount of $600 is required and will be put toward the purchase price of a puppy. Requested sex of puppy is MALE / FEMALE (please circle choice). Purchase price of puppies are as follows (AKC Registration (Limited AKC registration with no breeding/show rights) :

$2695 Seal or Black, $3095 Fawn, Red Fawn or sable and $3395 for Blues or Blue Fawns. A deposit is required to hold puppies under 5 weeks of age. Sending in a deposit means you have read and agree to the terms of my purchase agreement. (see downloadable agreement on left side of this page) **AKC papers will be provided upon veterinarian proof and verification of spay/neutered procedure. Proof of procedure must be received prior to puppy reaching 6 months of age.

Puppies under 5 weeks of age may be held with a $600 deposit with the balance being due and payable by the time the puppy reaches 5 weeks of age. Failure to submit payment as agreed signifies intent to not follow through with purchase resulting in puppy being made available for resale and forfeit of deposit and any additional partial payments. Puppies sold after 5 weeks of age require payment in full – payment at this time shall be money order, cashier’s check or cash – no checks accepted after 6 weeks of age.

Buyer is responsible for providing transportation for pick up and no refunds on the purchase price of the puppy will be given if transportation cannot be arranged. Options often utilized are: buyer flying in and out with puppy in cabin, driving in or hiring a ground transportation company.
